Support
Performs routine, supervised support tasks such as stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and basic sample labeling.
Executes semi-routine tasks with some autonomy, such as preparing reagent solutions and assisting with standard instrument calibrations.
Handles a wide range of tasks with little supervision, performs routine QC analytical procedures, and supervises instrument maintenance schedules.
Leads daily lab operations, sets up complex experiments, troubleshoots equipment malfunctions, and implements process improvements.
